The NAUTILUS Advisors Outsourcing Team

NAUTILUS Advisors is a select group of experienced outsourcing professionals from several major research, advisory, and consulting firms. We were founded by individuals with a long-term history of crafting, evaluating, structuring and negotiating IT Infrastructure and BPO outsourcing deals.

Adam Strichman Senior Partner
	Expertise: IT Outsourcing, Contract Negotiations, Contract Benchmarking, Sourcing Strategies
	Adam has an extensive history related to IT Outsourcing and brings over 12 years of relevant industry experience. He maintains a successful record of negotiating, structuring and optimizing IT and BPO outsourcing arrangements for a wide base of clients. His background includes successfully developing methodologies for Benchmarking, and successfully completing dozens of Benchmarks related to outsourcing contracts, as well as helping many clients through their ongoing strategic outsourcing decisions. Chris Pattacini Senior Partner
	Expertise: IT Infrastructure and Application Outsourcing, Contract Benchmarking, Sourcing Strategies and IT Service Delivery Improvement
	With more than 15 years of industry experience, Chris provides lifecycle support for IT service improvement initiatives as well as application and infrastructure outsourcing agreements. He has helped clients with sourcing strategy development, RFP and vendor bid evaluations as well as benchmarking and negotiation support. 	Kent's career has spanned the Federal Government, private enterprise, manufacturing, and high-technology startup. 	With 30 years of experience in the European IT services industry, Stratos Sarissamlis provides applied market research services in the areas of IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing and transformation, shared service centres and globally resourced services. He advises demand-side and supply-side customers at the most senior levels, in diverse areas including sourcing strategy development and implementation, risk assessment and mitigation, contract provisioning and negotiation, and governance of outsourcing relationships and transactions.
