Adam Strichman, Vice President

Expertise: IT Outsourcing, Contract Negotiations, Contract Benchmarking, Sourcing Strategies.

Adam has an extensive history related to IT Outsourcing and brings over 12 years of relevant industry experience. He maintains a successful record of negotiating, structuring and optimizing IT and BPO outsourcing arrangements for a wide base of clients.

Prior to his partnership with Nautilus Advisors, Adam served as a Director for Outsourcing Strategies at the META Group, where he was recognized as an industry leader in the measurement, management and delivery of IT Outsourcing. His background includes successfully developing methodologies for Benchmarking, and successfully completing dozens of Benchmarks related to outsourcing contracts, as well as helping many clients through their ongoing strategic outsourcing decisions. He has helped customize and manage vendor relationships for all stages of the outsourcing lifecycle - from initial strategy and RFP development, through contract signing and beyond.

Before joining META Group, Mr. Strichman was a Technical Solution Manager for IBM Global Services, where he was responsible for managing proposals, technical solutions, and negotiations related to new contracts. Adam was also a senior pricing analyst at IBM leading pricing and business case development for Outsourcing contracts ranging from $1M to more than $2B in services revenue, across a wide base of industries.

Mr. Strichman holds a Masters Degree in Business from the College of William and Mary, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
